Ingredients
- ½ a Lebanese cucumber – coarsely grated
- 1 small fresh carrot – coarsely grated.
- 1 cup good quality plain yoghurt – preferably Greek style.
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- Extra coriander leaves to decorate.
Method
Simply mix all ingredients together just before serving and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on the top.
This makes an excellent sauce to go with home made potato cakes.
